Culture, Media and Tourism Committee reviews plan of the subcommittees for its study performance   

The Culture Media and Tourism Committee of the State Council on Wednesday reviewed the study plan determined by the two sub-committees for its two studies, namely -"Investment in Traditional Omani heritage villages to attract tourism” and "Omani Digital Cultural Content."

The committee at its fifth meeting of the first annual session of the seventh term, headed by Hon.Dr Aisha bint Hamad bin Said Al Darmakiyah, Head of the committee, held in the presence of the honorable committee members and several employees of the Secretariat, and discussed the topics identified by the two sub-committees.

It also discussed the entities for hosting during the performance of the study as well as reviewed the available data with a view to add value to the studies with proposals and opinions. 

At the end of the meeting, the Committee was briefed about the follow-up report of the measures implemented at its previous meeting, as well as the approval of the minutes of the same meeting.
